Enriched Long Grain Parboiled Rice (Niacin, Iron, Thiamine, Folic Acid), Textured Soy Protein, Vegetables (Carrot, Bell Pepper, Broccoli, Celery, Garlic,)*, Salt, Brown Sugar, Contains 2% or Less of: Spices, Natural Flavors, Soybean Oil, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Yeast Extract, Turmeric (Color). *Dehydrated Contains: SOY Made in a Facility that produces Milk, Egg, Wheat

Directions: 10 oz Prep: Shake contents of pouch prior to opening. Mix pouch contents with 4 teaspoons of vegetable oil (optional) and 4 and 1/2 cup of water. Stir well and bring to a boil. Stir, reduce heat, and simmer over low heat for 25-30 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Remove from heat, allow to stand for 5-10 minutes. Stir and Serve. Refrigerate unused portions. 3.5oz Prep: Shake contents of pouch prior to opening. Mix pouch contents with 1.5 teaspoons of vegetable oil (optional) and 1.5 cup of water. Follow same cooking directions as above.
