Whole grain cheese ravioli must provide at least 2 oz meat/meat alternate and 1 ½ oz grain equivalents per serving under the NSLP guidelines. Individual servings must be 4 pieces of ravioli (4.6oz). Minimum 230 calories and 16g protein. Not to exceed 240mg sodium and 3.5g total fat. Product must be made with Ultra Grain Durum Semolina (51/49) Blend and filled with a blend of Fat Free Ricotta Cheese and Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese.
